Best Bank – Customer Service at the International Finance Magazine Awards – Singapore 16th December 2016
On its continuous endeavor to improve upon the customer service as per international standards, Azizi Bank have been honored with the Best Bank in Afghanistan – Customer Service Award at a prestigious awards function held at the Marina Bay Sands & Convention Center, Singapore on 16th December 2016 by the International Finance Magazine, London. The Award was presented to Azizi Bank’s CEO by his Excellency - The Ambassador of Malaysia to Singapore.
Mr Mohammad Salem Omaid, CEO of Azizi Bank was also honored with the Best Banking CEO, Afghanistan by Her Excellency - The Ambassador of Mongolia to Singapore.
International Finance Magazine provides analysis and insights to the global finance community headquartered in London and read in over 185 countries worldwide. The audience for IFM is the financial community worldwide, and includes top decision makers and influential in the financial industry.
Mr Omaid, CEO Azizi Bank in his speech addressed the audience about the bank’s 10 years of illustrious journey in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the bank’s future growth plans. His speech was highly applauded by the audience seeing an Afghanistan Bank with such international standards and future aspirations.
The gathering witnessed banking and financial industries CEOs from about 20 countries which included India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia Indonesia & Singapore in addition to the other countries.
